08/26/2024Reeds Ferry Elementary School seeks a dynamic educator to serve as the school's Social Emotional Learning Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in the related field. We seek a candidate who has strong collaboration skills, excellent communication skills, and, the ability and interest in implementing programs to remediate behavioral and social problems for students across the general population. Knowledge about CPI and/or other crisis prevention and de-escalation/restorative practices desired.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum of three years experience in the field
NH certification in any exceptional child education area, school counseling, school psychology, social work
Knowledge, work experience and/or training in the areas of RBT, BCBA and/or development of behavior support plans

JOB GOAL: Responsible for generating and implementing programs to remediate behavioral and social problems for students in the general population. The employee will also provide consultative services to school personnel and parents of these students.
