Job Title: Grant and Data Analyst

Reports To: Director of Centro de la Familia

Job Summary:

Centro de la Familia is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Grant and Data Analyst to join our team. This position will play a critical role in tracking and managing grants, preparing reports, and supporting the organization’s data needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in grant reporting, data analysis, and the ability to adapt to new funding streams, including Medicaid billing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Grant Management:

• Track all grants and their purposes.
• Provide monthly reports to the director detailing expenditures against each grant.
• Assist in preparing and submitting grant proposals and applications.
• Ensure compliance with grant requirements and deadlines.

2. Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Collect, analyze, and report statistical data to grantors.
• Prepare the annual report of the organization.
• Create graphs and visual representations of data for internal and external stakeholders.
• Utilize Excel to manage and analyze data efficiently.

3. Financial Oversight:

• Monitor and report on grant expenditures.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of grant funds.

4. Medicaid Billing:

• Adapt and learn Medicaid billing processes as they are integrated into our funding streams.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid billing requirements and guidelines.

5. Additional Duties:

• Support the director and other team members with data-related tasks.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in grant management and data analysis.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, data analysis, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in reporting for government contracts and grants.
• Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Demonstrated ability to create graphs and visual data representations.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt and learn new processes, including Medicaid billing.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A passion for working with numbers and data.
• Technologically adept and a quick learner.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in Medicaid billing.
• Previous experience in a non-profit or community-based organization.

Salary Range:

$25.00 per hour and can increase to $30.00 after Medicaid billing is completed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $57,600.00 per year
