INTERNAL MEDICINE OFFICE is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Bergenfield, NJ

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent computer literacy, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to handle various office tasks efficiently.

Required skills:

-Bilingual (English and Spanish)

-Experience with EMR (Practice Fusion)

-Experience with checking insurance eligibility and collecting co-payments

-Experience working in an internal medicine/primary care office (preferred)

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Perform data entry tasks accurately
- Help with entering the intake forms into EMR
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative duties as needed

Skills:

- Proficient in computer use and EMR software applications (Practice Fusion)
- Strong customer service orientation
- Knowledge of front desk operations
- Ability to handle data entry tasks efficiently
- Experience working in a primary care office is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills
- Capable of providing personal assistant support when needed
