Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team in the third shift. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling various components and metal products. Such as Clutches, Tractor attachments, axel tractors ect. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to use both hand and power tools. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse environment as well as manufacturing and quality knowledge.

Duties:
- Fabricate and assemble components according to specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete assembly tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics diagrams, and work instructions
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in assembly or a related field preferred
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively
- Familiarity with reading blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
