Trucadence LLC is looking for a Maintenance position for a rapidly growing client in the Steubenville OH location. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program, including preventive maintenance schedules and ongoing repairs.
• Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operation of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security systems, and building-related items including the exterior maintenance of each facility.
• Manage office daily procedures, routines, and customer-related issues.
• Maintain all necessary documentation and records about maintenance and repairs, including work orders, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Ensure that the building meets all applicable safety and regulatory requirements, including fire codes, building codes, and environmental regulations.
• Manage relationships with customers, responding promptly to their needs and ensuring that their concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
• Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with all vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and appearance in all common areas, including common areas, restrooms, and other shared spaces.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices and procedures
• Experience in maintenance management or supervisory role preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair various building systems
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements, including fire codes, building codes, and environmental regulations
• Strong leadership skills to supervise and motivate maintenance staff
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
