The Content Producer who will be responsible for developing content across our digital channels along with traditional creative. While this role will tackle copywriting, SEO and social media production, a technical savviness for graphic design is preferential. This is a unique opportunity for a qualified candidate to develop content and support key marketing initiatives at a rapidly growing company.

This position is best suited for someone that excels in a fast-paced, results-oriented, start-up environment. This position reports to the CMO and will be based out of our corporate office in Minneapolis.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop content and copy for our channels including website, national and local campaigns, social media, email/CRM, in-center, and out-of-home.
  • Execute against SEO opportunities that support overall content strategy.
  • Review and update existing content and create new content to fill editorial gaps.
  • Support key marketing initiatives through content development and partner with internal stakeholders to bring their strategies to life.
  • Analyze content performance and provide recommendations for future content production.
  • Utilize a CMS and workflow platform to schedule, draft and publish content.
  • Research and analyze the external environment to curate and re-share existing content while keeping in mind market dynamics, trends, size, segmentation, customer needs, applicable and emerging content areas, and the competitive landscape.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, communications, marketing, related field, or equivalent training/experience.
  • 1-3 years of industry experience required.
  • Must be passionate about storytelling and writing.
  • Experience in executing against an established social media or editorial content calendar.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly growing environment where the demands and directions of the work are constantly changing.
  • Flexible and adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity and change
  • Thrives in a deadline-driven environment, managing multiple tasks.
  • Manage relationships and project work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Able to develop and maintain positive relationships with cross-functional team members, establish trust and credibility in a matrix organization, as well as demonstrate effective interpersonal, influence, collaboration and listening skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision; results driven.
  • Demonstrates decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions, and identifying priorities.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary ranges depend on qualifications, education, and experience.
