Responsible for general laboring duties associated with pouring concrete vaults into prefabricated forms. Verbal and written communication skills in English AND Spanish. Knowledge of Water Main Construction and Concrete production process or of the process in a similar manufacturing environment. Instruct and train employees in the safe operation and maintenance of construction equipment and tools. Perform daily inventory of products produced, complete the necessary daily paperwork, and submit to the office.
The candidate must demonstrate an interest in the process, eager to learn, dependable, and motivated to work and lead the precast team. Bi-Lingual; English and Spanish Including, But Are Not Limited To

• Preparing vault molds for concrete to be poured.
• Overseeing concrete pours.
• Releasing concrete products from molds [vaults].
• Cleanings vault molds and workstations for future product pours.
• Work with water meters, back-flow, and water main control devices.
• Reading and understanding directions.
• Fabrication, mold making, and coordinating and communicating with other production areas.
• Operating heavy equipment – e.g. Forklift, Loader.
• Mechanically incline with ability to apply problem solving skills.

1st Shift 7:00am to 4:30 /-
Pay is based on Experience and Skills: Between $17 to $22 / hour.
