FabHar Corporation is Hiring a Miscellaneous/Structural Steel Estimator Near Princeton, TX

Immediate hiring for an Estimator with metalwork experience in commercial, structural or miscellaneous steel, cad experience is a plus. Primary activities estimating for structural and/or miscellaneous steel.

Compensation up to $100,000 annual salary based on qualifications. In House Only - NO Remote Working.
Responsibilities:

Prepare estimates and managing projects for small to large, often complex steel construction projects with primary activities being estimating for structural and/or miscellaneous steel.
Excellent presentation and communication skills ; Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
Prepare a " take off" of materials and “labor rates” as required for the job, and estimate all necessary labor, verify current market material pricing, and determine buyout items in order to prepare a through price estimate ; Estimating software ( Planswift ) , Advanced Steel S/, Revit and AEC Collection S/W a plus.
Manage bid process (document management, bid forms, proposals, etc.) Ensure all materials, labor, and equipment costs are accurately included in estimates.
Detailing Experience is a plus, Working knowledge of Excel, Ability to read blueprints. (Required)
Must be able to manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed, and stored for job info, drawings, and submittals.
Project management of the jobs, detailing of sold jobs from start to finish ; Strong problem-solving abilities.
Pay based on experience.

Requirements:

MUST be experience with Structural Steel and Miscellaneous Metals.
