We're looking for a talented Customer Support Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service for our customers. In this leadership role, you'll leverage your project management expertise and customer service background to guide your team towards success.

What You'll Do:

  • Implement and refine project management processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency.
  • Develop project plans, delegate tasks, and manage workload for your customer support team.
  • Proactively identify and manage project risks, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Provide daily leadership and direction to your team, including logistics and resource management.
  • Conduct regular quality reviews to maintain high service standards.
  • Escalate critical issues related to function, quality, or timeline to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Track key project milestones and make adjustments to plans or resources as needed.
  • Facilitate communication across all departments to ensure project alignment with scope, budget, risk, and resource considerations.
  • Compile and deliver status reports, keeping stakeholders informed about project health and stability.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 7-10 years of IT experience, including team management, customer service, and project management in multi-platform environments.
  • Proven track record of leading and completing complex projects.
  • Strong project management skills, ideally with PMP certification (a plus).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience applying IT project management skills in program areas like reemployment services or community development (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
