Description
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is responsible and held accountable for the following duties:

• Responsible for processing and validating employee data in HRIS, including employee changes, deductions, timecard entries, etc.
• Assist with accurate and timely processing of semi-monthly payroll transactions.
• Compiling, processing, and submitting data for agency retirement plans.
• Prepare payroll reports for internal and external audits.
• Timely submission of wage garnishments into HRIS for processing.
• Collaborate with payroll team to proactively identify and improve processes for efficiency.
• Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and resolve any discrepancies or issues within scope of knowledge.
• Review and complete employment verifications.
• Responsible for processing and reconciling monthly benefit invoices.
• Understands and promotes our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) concept by providing or supporting community-based mental and substance use disorder services; advancing integration of behavioral health with physical health care; assimilating and utilizing evidence-based practices on a more consistent basis; and promoting improved access to high quality care.
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential job requirement.
• Employee must be willing and able to perform all job-related travel normally associated with this position.
• Participates in required staff meetings.
• Performs other reasonably related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or other management as requested.
• Quality of work will be evaluated through training, skill or special purpose. Must be competent and adequate. Must meet "satisfactory" expectations at any scheduled job performance evaluation.

Qualifications
DEFINITION:
Position requires the ability to multi-task, prioritize, strong communication skills and the ability to maintain good working relationships with co-workers, vendors and potential employees. This position is immediately supervised by the Director of Workforce Analytics.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 1 year experience in payroll or accounting/finance preferred. High School Diploma/GED required.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
