Fitler Club is Hiring a Room Attendant Near Philadelphia, PA
Overview
The Rooms Attendant is responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of The Rooms at Fitler Club while providing excellent customer service to all members and guests. They are responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and common areas, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and comfort.
Responsibilities
● Clean and pre-inspect guest rooms and complete daily deep cleaning projects
● Detail and dust all surfaces and under furniture
● Follow the Rooms checklist and set the thermostat, shower, and television settings
● Refresh, rotate, and restock the mini bar, in-room collateral, and toiletries
● Clean and inspect Club restrooms and public areas throughout the shift
● Ensure the use of proper cleaning techniques and procedures
● Promptly report maintenance requests to Facilities through proper channels
● Promptly respond to guest requests, concerns, and feedback and communicate them with the Manager on Duty
● Turn Lost and Found items in to the Manager on Duty
● Maintain, restock, and clean the coffee station, cabinets, and shelves
● Provide turn-down service in a timely manner, and follow up with guests for additional needs
● Inspect linen quality for damage and keep the linen closet stocked and organized
Qualifications
● Previous hotel, private club, fitness center or similar hospitality housekeeping experience required
● Has Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail
● Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance
● Ability to lift 20-25 pounds intermittently, and occasionally 50 pounds and to frequently reach overhead, bend and kneel or walk for an extended period or an entire work shift. It requires repetitive motion.
● Must be dependable and available to work within the club on weekends, nights and/or holidays
● Must have a positive attitude, be self-motivated, polite and energetic
● Punctuality and regular and reliable attendance
