As the Accounts Payable/Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to the Americas engineering team. This will include administration, data entry, communication, database maintenance, invoice and accounts processing and support. In addition, this role will ensure that the processing and payment of invoices is done in a timely manner and ensure that all associated tasks and responsibilities comply and conform with relevant regulatory and quality requirements and company policies and standards within the Americas region.
