Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Care Workers. As a Direct Care Worker, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in need, including those with autism, memory care needs, and other specialized requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for each client
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer first aid when necessary
- Assist with light housekeeping duties
- Lift and transfer clients safely, including heavy lifting when required

Requirements:
- Experience working in nursing homes, memory care units, or similar settings is preferred
- Ability to work with individuals with diverse needs, including autism and memory care challenges
- Proficiency in providing direct care services such as assisting with ADLs
- Capability to perform heavy lifting tasks as needed
- Familiarity with working in childcare or similar environments is a plus

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
