Position Summary:
As a Product Portfolio Manager – Stationary Solutions, you will be responsible for end-to-end product life-cycle management activities for mounted products and solutions that let workers comfortably use technology and computers in fixed locations. These solutions include monitor arms, desk converters, wall-mounts, along with related accessories, packaging, and warranty options.
As the Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive, cross-vertical knowledge of the business environment, that will focus on financial performance, market share objectives, contingency plans and resource requirements. This position will manage the overall profitability of the portfolio and collaborate with the vertical product managers, regional marketing leaders, and operational teams to drive improvement. You will partner with leaders in Marketing, R&D, Operations and Sales to troubleshoot issues or opportunities that arise both during development and after launch, with Ergotron’s customer satisfaction and brand reputation as guiding principles. You will lead incremental innovation and product line refreshes and inform product roadmaps and innovation priority decisions. You will be responsible for maintaining the health of the portfolio by leading regular SKU rationalization (end of life) assessments and building operational plans that support smooth end of life for customers, sales, and operations. A strong team player, this role will be critical to the strategic growth of Ergotron and the stationary product portfolio.
