  • Performance Metrics: Endeavor to achieve targeted territory sales growth within designated budgetary parameters, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to excellence and operational efficacy.

Qualifications:

  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Communicate with clarity, conviction, and persuasiveness, underpinned by adept negotiation skills conducive to securing favorable outcomes.
  • Agility and Adaptability: Thrive within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, showcasing agility and adaptability in navigating evolving circumstances and operational exigencies.
  • Passion for Beauty: Emanate a genuine passion for the beauty industry, coupled with makeup artistry skills and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
  • Logistical Requirements: Must be able to work a Tuesday through Saturday schedule, with occasional full weekends as necessitated by business demands. Additionally, candidates must be able to stand for extended periods, lift boxes, and possess a valid driver's license.
