Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Psychotherapist to assist the team, temporarily. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality mental health services and support to individuals struggling with eating disorders. There is potential to continue employment on a part time basis.

The ideal applicant is available in August/September 2024 for 3-6 months. Hours are flexible and can range from 6-15 hours per week.

Therapist must either be licensed or registered as an associate with the BBS.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions

- Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge

- Utilize various therapeutic techniques to assist clients in managing and overcoming mental health challenges

- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in distress

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients

Skills:

- Proficient in various therapy modalities

- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy
