Woburn Toyota is Hiring an Auto Body Technician Near Woburn, MA
We are looking for an experienced A Level tech for our extremely busy collision facility. Must be clean, efficient, organized and motivated. I-Car certification is a plus.
The shop is newly renovated, clean, and air conditioned, with state of the art Car-O-Liner frame equipment and welders. We have OEM certifications and offer on going trainings, and have a team oriented culture.
Prior auto body experience is preferred.
Salary is based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
Duties:
- Perform auto body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening
- Conduct welding and soldering to repair damaged metal components
- Utilize airless paint spraying techniques to apply paint and finish to repaired vehicles
- Repair and replace auto glass as needed
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete repairs and refinishing work
- Conduct detailed inspections to identify additional repair needs
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques and industry standards
- Proficiency in welding, soldering, and sheet metal work
- Experience with airless paint spraying techniques
- Familiarity with a wide range of hand tools and power tools used in auto body repair
- Detail-oriented with the ability to produce high-quality workmanship
- Solid understanding of automotive repair processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Auto Body Technician or in a similar role
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and customers
