The Coffee Tree Roasters is Hiring a Business Manager Near West Mifflin, PA
Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, motivated Business Manager to continue to grow our established coffee equipment service business.
Duties of the Business Manager include managing daily operations, managing Service Technicians and Service Coordinator, and most importantly, ensuring that all clients receive excellent service.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in customer service, employee training, exceptional communication and organizational skills. If you have previous experience in business management, customer service or equipment repair, wed like to meet you.
Ultimately, a successful Business Manager will expand our business through strong leadership, a customer-first mentality, and building a strong team that is equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools to excel.

Responsibilities:
- Work directly with
- Service Coordinator to schedule service in a timely manner
- Interview, hire, and train technicians
- Evaluate staff performance on a regular basis and schedule ongoing training
- Maintain parts and equipment inventory
- Work with technicians to keep vehicles in good order and repair
- Oversee customer accounts
- Handle elevated customer service issues
- Develop plans and practices to grow the business
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years business experience
- 3-5 years of mechanical repair experience
- Computer literate, the ability to learn accounting software
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Customer service experience
Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $25.00 - $28.00/hour.
