Your Job Responsibilities of a Transportation Operation Router:

• Provide support to existing fleet of drivers.
• Coordinate routing and ensure customers are picked up in a timely manner.
• Data and trip entry for future reservations.
• Assist management staff in the reviewing of driver performance.
• Liaise with account managers to develop specific operational efficiencies.
• Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience

Qualifications for a Transportation Operation Router:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in routing or logistics preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency in routing software and GPS.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
