DSD Laboratoriesis seeking a motivated and highly qualified professional for an excitingopportunity to lead/manage/coordinate thedevelopment of business intelligence reports, visualizations, and dashboards. This individual will coordinatetasks such as requirements gathering, data integration, big data/datamanagement tool exploitation, infrastructure gap analysis, all thewhile collaborating with key subject matter experts and providingupdates to stakeholders.

This position will directly support the Headquarters AirForce Material Command (AFMC) within the Enterprise Integration Branch (A4NE),primarily at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. However, other locations may be considered.

This position requires that the candidates have a flexible workstyle, with the ability to adjust priorities, respond to short-turn requests,and yet maintain focus on project success. Preferred individual will be self-motivated, with a high energy level,and a proactive work ethic. 

Candidate will lead multiple tasks to successfully delivercapabilities working through a wide range of challenges across multipleorganizations. Candidate will collaborate with key functionalstakeholders and subject matter experts to identify future analytics,data needs and document business cases and requirements. Candidatewill collaborate with implementing organizationsandtechnical stakeholders to ensure functional requirements are met. Activitiesinclude participation in Kanban/SCRUM development sprints and summaries, weeklySCRUMs, reviews, and retrospectives.

Key Skills/Experience Required:

· Strongorganizational skills and action-oriented personality; experienceleading tasks, tracking actions across multiple organizations.

· PriorAF functional experience with Logistics and/or Maintenance systems preferredto research and document functional requirements; must collaborate withfunctionals and translate requirements using development tools such as JIRA andConfluence

· Excellentanalytical and problem-solving abilities backed by solid writing andcommunication skills; must operate constructively and effectively withend-users, customers, advocates, and stakeholders

· Provenexperiencegathering/analyzing requirements and translating them into functionalspecifications

· Prior experiencesuccessfully implementing or improving analytics or data management tools (e.g.,Qlik, Business Objects (BOBJ), Power BI, or Tableau) is very beneficial. Experience with query development, data/interface troubleshooting, ad-hocreport creation and related skills is a definite plus.

· Experienceusing continuous process improvement methodologies, tools, techniques; SixSigma Green Belt, Black Belt, and/or PMP Certification a huge plus.

· Requires poweruser skills in MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access)

· Familiarity withagile and scrum.

· Candidateswith recent and relevant U.S. Air Force Logistics experienceare ideal.
