ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively sells SRT services to current and prospective business customers.
  • Analyzes customer needs. Prepare and present proposals to customers for new and/or additional products and services.
  • Provides timely service implementation and follow-up on sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Properly follow all policies and procedures set forth by Management for all sales contracts.
  • Assists management in determining company product needs and requests.
  • Create and present professional account recaps, using reports and data, to demonstrate value to customers.
  • Presents a professional manner, personally and as an image of the company.
  • Develops good client relationships by representing SRT with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Helps establish attainable sales goals and then meets those goals.
  • Works effectively with other departments as a team player
  • Provides training and support to fellow employees and assists with departmental projects.
  • Actively participates in a service club organization to promote the company's image and build business relationships.
  • Actively participates in company events involving customers or the community at large.
  • Actively participates and engages in sales training programs to develop and enhance the skills necessary to maintain grow revenue.
  • Participates in ongoing training to keep abreast of technical developments and the skills needed to perform the job.
  • Educate customers on the proper operation of SRT products and services.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
The work requires the knowledge and ability to:
    • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions from customers both external and internal.
    • Review and understand sales strategies.
    • Operate a personal computer and/or tablet to interact with software and systems necessary to perform job duties.
    • Complete paperwork accurately
    • Will be out of the office most of the time contacting customers.
    • High School diploma required.
    • A 2-to4-year college degree in business or marketing is preferred.
    • 3-5 years’ sales experience is preferred.
    • On-the-job training will be required to learn SRT’s products, services & procedures.
    • A valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles.
