Qualifications:
Applicants should have an understanding of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) and applicable Section 106 regulations. Previous experience with some or all of the following is required: architectural resource surveys, Section 106 compliance, and/or National Register of Historic Places nominations. Previous experience with HABS/HAER documentation, design guidelines, historic structure reports, preservation planning, and/or researching and designing interpretive materials such as signage and brochures is also desirable.
