PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Strategy Development: Lead the development of innovative campaign strategies that align with overall marketing goals and target audience preferences. Utilize market research, consumer insights, and industry trends to inform strategy development.
Campaign Execution: Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, external advertising, and events. Develop creative campaign briefs, manage timelines/deadlines, and ensure campaigns are launched on schedule and within budget.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including product team, graphic designers, digital team, and sales teams, to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with product launches, promotions, and sales initiatives.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Track campaign performance metrics and analyze data to measure effectiveness and ROI. Identify areas for optimization and implement A/B testing, audience segmentation, and other tactics to improve campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize impact and ROI. Monitor spending, negotiate vendor contracts, and provide regular budget updates to stakeholders.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience (4 years) in campaign management or related marketing roles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience supporting sales teams, customer service, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to multi-task and set priorities while adhering to tight deadline.
- Enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
- Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
