HW Staffing is Hiring a Manufacturing Specialist Near New Bedford, MA
We are seeking Manufacturing Specialists who will be trained to work in various positions, across all departments.
Pay starts at $20.00 per hour, working 6:00am-6:00pm Saturday-Sunday, and two 8-hour weekday shifts. Manufacturing Specialists must be available for overtime as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to properly use hand and power tools
- Manufacturing experience is a plus, but will train the right candidate
- Basic math and computer skills
- Able to communicate effectively in the English language, oral and written, to ensure work is performed safely and correctly
- Reliable transportation
Manufacturing Specialists process rubber products through a variety of steps, including compounding, mixing, prep, deflash, B&C curing, finishing, mold wash, and mold change. The Manufacturing Specialist may assist with inspection, warehouse, and inventory tasks.
