HW Staffing is Hiring an Inventory Coordinator Near Newburyport, MA
We are seeking experienced Inventory Coordinators to join the team at a supplier of electronics components to the defense and government industries.
Pay starts at $19.50-$24.00 per hour, depending on experience, operating on 1st shift 7:00am-3:00pm Monday-Friday. Employees are eligible to enroll in our Medical, Dental, Vision, and other benefit plans after 60 days of employment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED/equivalent
- Previous inventory experience
- Knowledge of SAP inventory systems
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to perform visual inspections using both high-power and low-power microscopes
- Must be able to meet citizenship/residency requirements for employees of government contractors
The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory of all parts and products, utilizing computer-based manufacturing systems for product movement and data entry. As an Inventory Coordinator, you will stock and issue materials for assembly builds, maintain organized and audit-ready work areas, and train employees on specifications and processes. The Inventory Coordinator also performs Quality Assurance-level inspection duties, including inspecting die and piece parts using high- and low-power microscopes, as well as visually inspecting, measuring, and counting microelectronic piece parts to ensure they adhere to Military, Jedec, or other specified standards.
