As an Inbound Call Center Representative for Threshold Brands, your home location will not matter but your understanding of your role and responsibilities will! Threshold Brands is a private equity sponsored franchisor with over 400 franchise locations generating sales more than $200 million annually. All our brands provide services for the homeowner. We operate the company on a virtual, nation-wide basis.
In this position you will handle inbound and outbound sales calls from consumers, identify their needs, make recommendations, and close the sale while building lasting relationships. PURPOSE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for signing new customers up for both recurring and one-time appointments through quoting, selling, and following-up with potential customers.
  • Respond to inbound phone and web inquiries in a courteous and professional manner via the phone and email communications.
  • Accurately and precisely obtain/enter potential customer accounts information.
  • Act as an intermediary between potential customers and franchisees during the entire sales process.
  • Achieve a monthly given close percentage ratio.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1-2 years of previous sales and/or customer service experience.
  • Previous phone experience preferred.
  • High School or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask (talking, typing, with attention to detail).
  • Ability to problem solve and overcome objection in a professional manner.
  • Strong computer skills are a must, with strength in typing speed (40 wpm)

Saturday 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

(*Must be willing to work within the Contact Solutions Center Hours of Operation as scheduled by management.)
COMPENSATION
$50k Annual Potential (Hourly Monthly Commissions)
