As a Maintenance Technician you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and repair of our facilities and equipment.

What You Will Do:

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and technical issues efficiently.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular checks on building systems, such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, to identify potential problems.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance tasks and projects in a timely manner.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including logs and reports.
• Assisting in the implementation of safety protocols and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Recommend improvements in maintenance procedures and techniques to enhance efficiency.

What We Are Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry, mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools used in maintenance and repair work.
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings to diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety protocols.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks.
• Ability to learn and adhere to Fair Housing rules and regulations.
