Here is what you need to know about the job: Responsibilities: Organize and facilitate employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture. Oversee the onboarding and offboarding process for new and departing employees, ensuring a smooth transition and adherence to company policies. Conduct orientation sessions for new hires to introduce them to company policies, procedures, and culture. Collaborate with management to develop and update company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practices. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR files, including personnel information, benefits, and performance evaluations. Generate reports and analyze HR data to provide insights and support decision-making processes. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth and skill enhancement. Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee engagement, onboarding/offboarding, and policy administration. Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities. Experience with ADP and Workday is a plus Compensation/Benefits: The approximate annual base salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $75,000.00. The offered salary or salary range for this position will vary based on role requirements, skill set and years of experience.
