Have reliable transportation to and from work and ability to be on time for scheduled shifts Requirements : Must be 18 years of age or older Demonstrate the desire, skills and abilities to work with persons with special needs (training is provided) Pass a Criminal Background Check Valid driver's license & clean driving record preferred Demonstrate a positive demeanor & outlook Ability to stand, walk, sit, take stairs, bending / twisting, kneeling / crouching Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
