Role Description

This is a contract role for a Physician at Certified Technical Experts, Inc. assisting The Armed Forces Retirement Home located in Washington, DC. The Physician will be responsible for performing day-to-day medical duties, including diagnosing and treating patients, conducting physical examinations, interpreting tests, and prescribing medications. The Medical Doctor will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Active medical license in any state
• Active DEA certification
• Geriatrics experience
• Experience in diagnosing and treating patients
• Ability to interpret medical tests and results accurately
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of medical laws, regulations, and ethical standards
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience working with electronic medical records systems is a plus
