Our well established and growing Food Processing Client is PARTNERING with STAFFING PARTNERS in search of an experienced Customer Service Rep for this excellent FULL TIME CAREER OPPORTUNITY!

Salary: $21.00 Per Hour / POSSIBLY HIGHER TO START – DOE

Benefits: Excellent Benefits!

Location: within Merced County

Hours: Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Duties:

  • Order input for two facilities. Send order confirmations back to customers in a timely manner. Provide response to customers timely. Collaborate with production team to ensure changes are communicated.
  • Retrieve customer PO's from fax, email, web, or EDI daily. Input purchase orders following procedure for both facilities. Review all pricing to make sure PO reflects correct pricing. Send confirmations to customers using the appropriate/required method. Provide timely responses to customers. Ensure orders are entered accurately into the ERP system to prevent shipping errors. Daily EDI invoicing.
  • Communicate with Sales team on customer service issues and provide solutions.
  • Communicate customer service issues with Customers and provide solutions. Keep all team members abreast of any updates to resolve any issues.
  • Review adjustments for credit memos; re-bill invoices when needed.
  • Back up in generating paste invoices.

Skills / Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, AA Degree or Vocational Degree with an emphasis on business administration.
  • Two years of customer service experience in an administrative environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in formal and informal settings and be able to demonstrate a sense of urgency. good communication skills through phone/e-mail.
  • Strong computer skills with a vast knowledge of MS Office, Windows, and Internet.
  • Excellent time management skills must be self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks with attention to detail. Team Player. Planning and problem-solving abilities.
