The role of the Material Handling Lead is to oversee shipping and receiving, and inspection of inbound and outbound shipments. The Material Handling Lead will oversee parts and inventory control, and material delivery to the production floor. Material Handling Lead will oversee all Viking Masek inventory replenishment related to production.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Parts and inventory control
• Inbound and outbound shipment inspection
• Oversee Shipping and Receiving
• Oversee equipment moves on Production Floor
• Communication with the Production and Service teams
• Weekly cycle counting of inventory
• Maintain good housekeeping in the stockroom and warehouse
• Compliance with machine production schedule
• Compliance with machine scope of work
• Works with internal departments as needed
• Support Spare Parts Department
• Identify machine parts prior to shipment
• Ensuring all parts are pulled and issued accurately for projects

Hours: Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with a ½ hour unpaid lunch. (can be flexible).
