Description
HR/Payroll Tasks:
License renewals and new license set up for all restaurant locations
Manage Certification Tracking and order ServSafe/CPR/Choke Save/Allergen Certifications.
Address any upcoming certifications that will expire *Weekly Report for communication
Manage Unemployment – completing paperwork, online portals, appeals, and hearings
Termination and exit survey reporting *Weekly report to executive team
Run and report background checks
Manage minor violations and send weekly emails for violations
Assist HR & Payroll with weekly reports as needed
Handle highly confidential records and materials, including the copying and distributing of materials to appropriate parties
Quarterly Projects as needed
Requirements
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
EMPLOYMENT DETAILS: This position is full time. The hours are 8am-5pm, weekdays. Additional hours may be required based on Company needs and/or new projects. This is a hybrid position and requires two days a week in the corporate office.
