Horizon Controls Group is Hiring a Project Manager for AVEVA PI Near Malvern, PA
As the Project Manager, you will lead in scoping, planning, resource allocation, and coordination of AVEVA PI upgrade activities. You will proactively monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution up to the handing-over phase. You will work onsite at our client’s location representing and providing world-class customer engagement and technical expertise. You are the primary point of contact (POC) for the client’s Automation Team and other stakeholders.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the project
Ensure that the project is delivered on time, within scope, and budget
Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and project plans
Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns
Proactively lead data migration tasks from PI ProcessBook to PI Vision
Liaise and effectively communicate with all departments regarding all aspects of the projects
Requirements
Understanding of PI DataLink, PI ProcessBook, and other relevant PI tools
Lead data migration strategies from PI ProcessBook to PI Vision
Minimum of 10 years of experience in leading and managing large-scale IT projects;
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases
Strong communication skills and engaging personality to liaise with stakeholders, including clients, technical teams, and senior management
Practice the C’s of project management: communication, coordination, collaboration, change management, and creativity
Post-secondary technical education, training, or certifications
Nice to have, but not required
Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or their technical equivalent
Proven experience with AVEVA PI systems migrations
Master of Engineering or Computer Science
PMP Certification
