As theTechnical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning,execution, and closing of a complex automation project installation within apharmaceutical environment. The project will involve installing new automatedsystems.

Responsibilities

• Developand maintain a detailed project plan, including schedules, estimates, resourcesloading and requirements, and risk management plans
• Coordinatewith internal stakeholders, external vendors, and contractors to ensure projectdeliverables are met on time and within budget
• Manageproject scope, schedule, and quality/expectations, and ensure project risks areidentified and mitigated
• Provideregular project updates to project stakeholders, including executiveleadership, project sponsors, and end-users
• Collaboratewith cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, validation,engineering, and IT, to ensure successful project delivery
• Ensurecompliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including cGMP, FDA, andother industry standards
• Facilitateproject team meetings, workshops, and other project-related activities toensure effective communication and collaboration
• Manageproject documentation, including project plans, reports, and otherproject-related documentation
• Provideleadership and guidance to project team members, including projectcoordinators, engineers, and technicians
• Performother duties as assigned by the project sponsor or executive leadership.

Requirements

• Minimumof 5 years of project management experience, with a focus on automation andcontrol systems
• Experiencemanaging complex projects in a pharmaceutical or other highly regulatedenvironment
• Familiaritywith cGMP, FDA, and other industry standards and regulations.
• Experiencewith project management software, such as MS Project or Primavera
• Proventrack record of successfully managing multiple projects concurrently
• Strongcommunication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Abilityto work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• Bachelorof Science in Engineering or technical equivalent; Bachelor of Science/Arts inProject Management or equivalent
