The Human Resource Generalist is both a strategic and tactical hands-on role through partnering with the Plant Leadership and employees on day-to-day HR guidance and support to help develop and deliver the people strategy and business solutions.
The HR Generalist will provide leadership in creating a high-performance culture that emphasizes employee engagement, quality, safety, and effective continuous improvement implementation to drive a highly productive workforce.
Along with implementing policies to ensure a safe and healthy work environment. In addition, this role will have lead responsibility for employee relations as well as other high-performance initiatives to deliver transformation and ongoing continuous improvement to our work practices and team leader leadership capabilities.
