About the Role: Investor Relations Associate

Due to the rapid growth of our real estate portfolio, we’re looking for the right person to join our team to assist in building and growing investor relationships.

We’re seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a sophisticated investor relations associate. As a key player within the investor relations team, you’ll assist in building and managing investor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for working synergistically to grow revenue growth and provide information to nurture investor relationships.
• Make presentations for investor opportunities.
• Develop and build relationships with investors quickly and effectively.
• Ensuring smooth process flow of the investment cycle
• Support the investment onboarding process
• Provide reporting and KPI tracking updates

Desired Experience:

• Experience in investor relationships or sales or capital raising.
• Ability to effectively communicate and build strong relationships.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
