Job description

Must have solid communication, analytical and management skills. Candidates should possess knowledge of acounting Requires at least three years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. Previous experience in escrow accounting, consolidations and a FinTech background is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Manage finance operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, Vendor Management, Expenses, Payroll, cash management and general finance support functions.
• Managing the billing for multiple entities on a monthly basis
• Development and Reporting key finance metrics
• Managing and enforcing corporate financial control systems.
• General reporting for both internal activities and external client activities.
• Communication with clients and providing general support for clients.
• Liaison with Operations, Sales, and Senior Management teams.

• Requirements
• Experience as a financial controller or financial operations manager.
• 3 years of overall combined accounting and finance experience.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Experience with corporate control systems.
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• This is an in-office position in our Aventura, FL office.
