• Take incoming phone calls and greet all visitors
• Maintain the cleanliness of our office
• Manage our referral company
• Build relationships with past clients through phone calls and attending company events
• Commit and execute an exceptional client experience
• Support our office needs and maintain proper inventory

• Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
• Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations
