Delta Faucet Company is Hiring a Copywriter Near Indianapolis, IN
As a member of the brand team, the Content Marketing Copywriter is a liaison between the product, channel and brand teams. You will work closely with stakeholder teams to understand their needs for messaging that drives awareness, preference and sales for products in our flagship Delta® brand. Collaborating with internal and external teams, you will:
- Cultivate a deep understanding of our products, innovations, customers, and target decision makers.
- Develop compelling copy to drive engagement with different consumer and professional decision makers through various content types.
- Be the voice of the Delta brand that reflects our positioning, value proposition and persona.
- Build marketing communications that meet customer requirements and brand guidelines, optimize opportunities and advocate for our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with channel marketing, product management and other internal departments to identify needs, requirements and goals for creating relevant and impactful copy and messaging.
- Work with brand and channel teams in accordance with strategy, customer guidelines and decision maker behaviors to develop innovative and effective written communications.
- Support a market-driven and industry-leading brand strategy.
- Self-manage project priorities, timelines and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

- BA in English, Journalism, Communications or Advertising
- 2-5 years of content marketing or copywriting
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for brand voice, accurate detail, language, flow, and grammar
- Comfortable working independently within tight, and often changing, timelines while managing competing priorities.
- Strong research, listening and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to think conceptually, and translate to

Hiring Range: $46,700.00 - $73,370.00
Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.
