Alamo Drafthouse is Hiring a Front Desk Concierge Near Ashburn, VA

The Alamo Drafthouse Concierge is a hospitality guru who is Guest focused, flexible, and knowledgeable about every part of the venue, the Alamo Drafthouse and its related companies. The Concierge is a representative of Alamo Drafthouse and is responsible for upholding our goals, vision and mission at all times. The concierge ensures every guest has an awesome experience by attending to their needs in a timely and helpful manner starting from when they enter the door to when they exit the venue.
*Need to have availability on Sundays*
Other job functions include:
- Guiding Guests through the venue’s ticketing and seating process
- Answering any questions about the Alamo Drafthouse and its related companies
- Being generally hospitable and making every guest feel welcome
Our Concierges possess deep movie knowledge and share the excitement of our specialty programming with our guests.
