San Marcos Academy is seeking applications for a High School Assistant/JV Volleyball Coach. This is an excellent position for individuals seeking to coach/work in a Christian environment that will allow for professional and spiritual growth. The position is part-time (stipend only).

Required Qualifications:

• A Christian testimony
• A passion for working with young people
• A passion for coaching (volleyball experience preferred)
• Background knowledge of fundamental volleyball skills
• Availability to be at practice and games
• Ability to organize and oversee practice 
• Knowledge of basic game strategies 

Responsibilities Include:

• Running daily practices Monday-Friday and some Saturday practices or/ games
• Attending all practices and games
• Driving the team to games in a 15 passenger bus (CDL preferred but not required)
• Serving as a role model for players and other students
