Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers and provide exceptional service
- Analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize operations
- Assist with order processing and inventory management
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain accurate records of interactions

Experience:
- Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in person
- Previous experience in a customer service or operations role preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication
- Microsoft office knowledge is required
