Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facility and equipment. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, concrete work, drywall patching, painting, & HVAC upkeep.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain physical capabilities, including the ability to bend, squat, heavy lifting and climb stairs ladders as part of the job tasks.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors in all weather conditions.

Requirements:

• 1 – 3 years prior experience desired
• A professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude with team focus
• Ability to work individually or with others as needed.
• Mindful to learning new tasks
• Work 40hrs a week, overtime as necessary, holidays, Tuesday – Saturday 8am – 4:30pm
• Valid driver license
