The Director, Enterprise Account Management leads a team of account managers responsible for our most strategic enterprise clients. This role drives revenue growth, fosters strong client relationships, and ensures client satisfaction. The Director develops and implements strategies to expand our footprint and maximizes the value we deliver to our key accounts. This position is critical to our continued success and directly impacts our revenue targets.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leads and manages a team of Enterprise Account Managers, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
- Develops and executes complex account management strategies to achieve revenue growth and client retention targets.
- Cultivates and maintains strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at strategic accounts.
- Identifies and pursues new business opportunities within existing accounts, expanding our product and service offerings.
- Negotiates contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Monitors market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Prepares and presents regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market trends to senior management.
- Oversees the hiring, training, and work direction of the Enterprise Account Management team.
- Makes key decisions regarding account strategy, resource allocation, and pricing.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Key Account Management, or Strategic Account Management.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a large account environment.
- Experience in Sales Management and Business Development.
- Demonstrated success in Client Relationship Management.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Deep understanding of Sales Strategy and Negotiation techniques.
- Exceptional Leadership and Team Management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
