We’re looking for a caring and dependable Paratransit Shuttle Driver who values human connection and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

• Morning shift: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities of a Paratransit Driver:

• Safely transport passengers with disabilities to and from their workplaces
• Deliver patient, respectful, and attentive customer service at all times
• Maintain on‑time pick‑ups and drop‑offs
• Operate a clean, well‑maintained shuttle and complete daily vehicle inspections
• Assist riders entering and exiting the vehicle as needed; this position requires physical activity and comfort assisting passengers
  
  

What We’re Looking for as a Paratransit Driver:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Dependable, compassionate, and safety‑minded approach
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of passenger assistance
• Experience in passenger transport or care‑focused roles is helpful, but not required
