What We Offer As a Paratransit Driver

- Monday–Thursday schedule
- Morning shift: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM
- Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

- Safely transport passengers with disabilities to and from their workplaces
- Provide exceptional customer service, assistance, and patience at every stop
- Ensure passengers are picked up and dropped off on time
- Operate a well‑maintained shuttle and complete daily vehicle checks
- Assist passengers as needed—this role can be physically demanding and requires comfort with helping individuals in and out of the vehicle
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Reliable, compassionate, and safety‑focused mindset
- Ability to meet the physical demands of assisting passengers
- Previous passenger or care‑related experience is a plus, but not required
