Value Stream Manager

Zing Recruiting is partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in the surrounding Warsaw area for a dynamic Value Stream Manager who wants to take ownership, lead people, improve processes, and make a measurable impact.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity overseeing approximately 30 employees on 1st shift across multiple manufacturing operations.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of manufacturing supervisory or management experience
• Proven ability to lead and develop production teams
• Mechanically inclined
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production metrics
• Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement experience
• Working knowledge of OSHA and manufacturing safety practices

Responsibilities:

• Own safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and performance across the value stream.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and increase profitability
• Monitor KPIs and communicate results to leadership
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain and HR
• Help develop and sustain a strong Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program.
