Shift: Thurs–Sun or Fri–Sun, 6:00 PM–6:30 AM
Pay: $36–$45/hr

ZING Recruiting is looking for a Molding Process Technician to join a top manufacturing team in Congers, NY. This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role where you’ll oversee your shift, perform mold changeovers, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth, consistent production that meets strict quality standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily production and uphold safety, efficiency, and quality goals

• Perform mold changeovers, startups, and preventive maintenance

• Troubleshoot molding machines, molds, and support equipment

• Conduct quality checks, maintain batch records, and support cGMP compliance

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with the Molding Manager

What You Bring:

• 3–5 years of injection molding experience

• Deep understanding of molding processes and plastics

• Strong mechanical skills and ability to read blueprints

• Experience operating and tuning molding peripherals (e.g., 6-axis robots)

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable

• Bonus: Pharmaceutical or ISO background
