Duties
- Support the planning and execution of global Medical Affairs initiatives
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and trackers, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely delivery of milestones.
- Coordinate with regional Medical Affairs teams to support the localization and implementation of global programs.
- Partner with Finance to manage budgets, monitor spend, and ensure timely processing of contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Apply project management best practices to streamline processes, identify efficiencies, and support continuous improvement across the portfolios.
- Track KPIs, OKRs, and performance metrics to assess impact and identify optimization opportunities.
- Support the integration of global medical insights into strategic planning and key medical deliverables.
- Serve as a liaison between global, regional, and local teams to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with vendors, alliance partners, and internal stakeholders to support execution of critical programs.
- Support governance, meeting cadence, and documentation for Medical Affairs initiatives including advisory boards, internal trainings, and strategic workshops.
- Compliance & Documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field required
- 2 years of executive project management experience
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and global/regional projects.
